Our operatives can cross any border undetected.

US defense contractors and their USG security partners have perfectly protected the billions of dollars worth of taxpayers cash spent on high tech military blueprints and IP. The fact Chinese nuclear warheads, military planes, ships, etc, look exactly like ours is a mere coincidence. The science leads every country to a W88 warhead, JSF, C17 or lookalike.

So forget all of that. Focus on the balloon.
